TECNO TRANCERIE S.R.L.

TECNO TRANCERIE S.R.L. is a company based in Dueville (VI) ITALY founded in 2013.

It represents the natural evolution of TRANCERIE VENETE S.p.A. and TECNOMECCANICA LORA S.r.l. founded respectively in the year 1987 and 1970 (Companies both certificated according to the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:1994 already in 1997).

We make available to our customers over fifty years of experience in the field of cold forming of sheet metal, blanking of ferromagnetic sheet and precision machining, as well as maintenance / design / costruction of the molds; our cnc tools machine park and our cad cam software are of the latest generation and constantly subject of maintenance and updating.

We have advanced program for the management in the design / construction of the molds, later used for the production at our sites of blanking/drawing/punching.

TECHNICAL OFFICE

Our TECHNICAL OFFICE, is constantly updated on the materials made available by modern powder metallurgy and used in the construction of the molds, to obtain the guarantee of an increasingly long use, before performing any maintenance.

TOOLING DEPT.

Our TOOLING DEPT., technologically advanced, which operates highly qualified and specialized employees, guarantees the perfect construction and maintenance of dies, allowing to satisfy the needs of customers, even in situations of real urgency.

BLANKING-STAMPING

Our BLANKING-STAMPING factory, both for the high amount of processed sheet that for the supply of raw materials from major service centers, ensures a high standard of quality in all our production blanking, stamping and punching.

OUR COMPANY HAS ACHIEVED THE CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT)

The quality of the entire WORKING CYCLE is guaranteed by design to the finished product; skilled personnel can have all the proper tools.

We achieved that experience alongside increasingly demanding customers, in the design and construction of:

Progressive molds in step;
Molds to block and progressive step for blanking of small and large dimensions in the area of the laminations for generators;
Molds made of tungsten carbide (WIDIA) for blanking and punching of laminations for motors and transformers;
Molds for deep drawing stainless steel;
Machining to drawing;
Heat treatments – coatings;
